If someone could video them trawling this close, that could be useful. I remember someone at Whakaki telling me about a trawler than came in real close there once. The scumbag crew were giving surfcasters the fingers as they trawled past. A clip of that could go viral on youtube, get picked up by the media. Maybe I'm dreaming, but it's worth thinking about. Lots of video capable cameras around these days.
