late at night along whakaki can be dodgey, the logs are mongrels. im personaly not a fan a safety gear though, one of the finer points to life is a leasurly drive along the beach, bit a wind though the hair, dog kicking along side the bike . . . ect . . . i agree a helmets sensible and we should wear them, but it should be a personal choice, your only hurting yourself. there are bugger all accidents compared to the amount of quad users. it just gets highlighted when there is one thats all. allot more car crashs per vehicle count, and a helmet in a car would also save lifes, but again, we enjoy driving a car without one or we would all wear a helmet in a car, small price to pay . . . . . . . i hope kane is fine, its a horrible thing to happen, im sure he will bouce back in a fast recovery, all the best. |
