Kane was fishing next to me at about midnight Sunday - he hooked (and landed) a huge eagle ray which was jumping out of the water - looked great in the moonlight
Would have gone 50Kg easily.
We eventually gaffed it and it had two sets of gear in its gob, and no tail. It swam off without the added bling
I would have got a photo but the ray had walked us several hundred metres away from the van and camera by then.
