Depending on the size of the swivel used in the pulley rig-

I use a small (5-10 mm) length of lumo tubing and insert that through the eye of the swivel that the backbone of the pulley rig will go through.
Then using hot glue I fix it into place.


Then make the pulley rig as per usual.
