Tried the splash downs today,awesome bit of kit, not one failure, highly recommend this clip. thanks Hangler for the write up, which put me on to them, I used Mustard Penetrators and mutsu recurves which both did well, but I favoured the penetrators because the bait sits better,casting distance has also improved with the baits staying clipped up,no hook ups but thats fishing.
