So what do you think the causes are for the lack of snapper in HB?? Recreational fisherman taking too many??
As rex said very few fisherman in HB and also BOP take their limit everytime they go fishing or even once or twice a year, so are we the cause of the lack of snapper?? Do commercial get their TACC every year?? You bet they do and probably a little bit more as a bycatch!!!
