Only take what you need.
Increase size limit to 30cm.
Decrease catch limit to 5 fish per day.
Long lines - reduce hook numbers down to 5.
Personally if I was lucky enough to catch a 5kg snapper I would photograph and return the fish as I am not interested in PIN fish awards etc and also I have read somewhere that large snapper don't make good table fish either.
