The goal of 40% biomass of snapper is a really worthy one, but the fight is over how you get there. If the government acts responsibly and democratically and shares the load of quota cuts I see a bright positive future for the snapper one fishery.
But I have little faith that Hanglers golfing mate and his little spin doctored clones will do the right thing. But I'll be happy to be proved wrong.
