Great when a plan comes together welldone and nice fish. Like Hangler said trunk em, rinse them thoroughly and ice em straight away. Very nice eating white flesh, even had some friday night after catching a couple of large ones thursday evening. There so underrated it staggers me, fighting wise and eating, probably the most fun fish to catch from the surf.
