Does the Aerlex automatically flip over when you crank the handle , if so some times it's the positioning of the handle and bail arm when casting . If the bail arm return spring is little weak the inertia of the handle when casting can knock the bail arm over causing your bust off .
Take Chads advise and take it back to the shop and have them look at it . Or if it's out of warranty send down to me and I will have a look at it for you .
