Well said FIshbait...I am sure the organisers are thinking of every option to save this comp, coupled with those offered by many concerned fisho,s who would attend the comp without the lure of winning a ute.

Chad, I understand your comments about the truck but was taken aback about how the money is being spent comment( do the maths) . I hear what u are saying but also have seen such comments do more harm than good. I will as previously stated attend this comp for the sheer love of the comp and fishing the 90mile.

Like other fisherman, once I fished the comp for the first time, I was hooked. This is the highlight in my fishing calendar every year and preparations start as early as this coming month.
