Time wasters. Went to see this crappy flat and on the way I get a text saying "please confirm your 345 appointment". That's fine and good but the appointment was at 245. I called them and they just didn't answer. Cross those assholes off my agent list.

But I still have one place to view today. It's right near that place that I expressed an interest in but £100 less. That seems more in line with the market.

The agent for that first place said she emailed the landlady with my details but she's out of the country so will call me again tomorrow to update. I haven't put a deposit down yet so if this place I see tonight is okay (and the agent shows up) I'll express an interest in that place too.
