So yeah, £525/month. Let's say minimum I work is three days a week at £20/hour for four hours a day. That's...£240/week. Let's say £1000/month. Yeah, no problem paying the rent. I mean, it's 50% of my income but people pay that. And the figures I gave should be absolute bare minimum. And I have a lot of savings.

I'm still wondering about the travel situation. Surely if I'm working outside of Glasgow, they'll pay for travel. How could they not if we're talking about train tickets that cost more than my daily rate? And it is industry practice, in my experience, to pay for long-distance travel and if you have to stay overnight, they pay for the hotel. So yeah, I'm sure it will be fine.
