I get the Ben & Jerrys. It's a bit expensive but I have 20,000 big ones in the bank. What am I saving for? I can buy some ice cream.
They had more varieties in the US. I liked Chunky Monkey but they don't have that flavour here. Chunky Monkey had bananas (possibly not real bananas) and some other crap that I can't remember.
In the UK, you're pretty much limited to Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, I think some kind of "fish" flavour that has marshmallows in it (it's too gooey for me), and something else. Oh. Some brownie flavour maybe.
According to the internet, a peanut butter variety is sold in the UK. I think I've seen that before. Possibly bought it. Should be alright.
Oh yeah. Phish Food. That's what I was thinking of. Yeah, it's too gooey.
There's a caramel one as well but who likes caramel?
And yeah, those are all the flavours in the UK. That's according to the Waitrose website and it accords with my memory.
Working out today. Back up to 300 reps. It was easy. I think I need to increase the weight, actually. I added 1kg and it was tougher but I could do it. Then I added another 1.5kg and I couldn't even lift it. Odd how 1.5kg can make such a difference.
Thinking of maybe getting a bench. I mean...it's not necessary. But the only issue is that by sitting on the couch, my arms aren't fully extended so I'm not getting the full workout. I could just stand up but I don't want to. I also tried sitting at the end of the couch but it didn't work.
Preacher curls would be another option but again, I need a bench for that. Looks comfortable, though. That's my main concern. I wonder if it could be done with dumb bells, though. Most of the pictures I see are with a...what do you call it...one of those long bars.
Still, that shouldn't be a problem. I have the weights. How much is the bar? Less than £20.
You can get the bench for...£60. Up to £300 but none of these look particularly comfortable. And I don't want to waste money. I don't need something heavy duty.
