Working out today. Increased the weight. Went from 11 kg to 12.5. Did 200 reps instead of my usuaul 300. But tomorrow, it should be 300.

It was only like three days ago that I couldn't even lift this 12.5 kg. So that's what's cool about weight lifting. The clear progression.

Arms are getting huge. I mean, it's been like six months now, after all. Done 83 workouts. And it's not even just the biceps. It's the area opposite the biceps...what's it called...triceps? Really? I thought that was the muscle on the lower part of the arm. But actually, that part is called the flexors. Also getting bigger but not massively.

Deltoids, yeah. That's by the shoulder. Definite deltoid enlargement.

And the area...lower arm...near the elbow...actually, on both sides of the elbow, there's some muscle or muscles that I'm seeing some good gains on.

So yeah, getting huge and learning about anatomy at the same time. This is like that porno I saw as a kid where a top-heavy young woman asks a man to help her with her anatomy studies. He's something of an expert so is able to identify every body part that she points to. Then she takes her top off and he's rightly taken aback. She says, "sorry, I should have asked first" but he assures her that it's okay and says, "mammary glands". Then he starts rubbing on them and before you know it, he's giving it to her at 300 beats per minutes.

I wish I could see some of those old pornos again. But on the other hand, I have seen some of them again and they're not what I remember. I saw Blame it on the Heat, for example. Really hot scene with a big-titted Mexican chick in a laced up top taking it off. But then I watched it as an adult and...not quite. It's a woman in a laced up top but not particularly endowed, not Mexican, and doesn't really do it for me physically. And I don't even think she has sex. You can check it out here:

I saw Madam's Family again recently and that actually does hold up. Great big-titted woman in that playing the role of Cousin Tit. Don't care much for the Friday actress. I think it's Ona Zee who plays Morticia. Not really into her but it's alright. It's an interesting movie. A spoof of the Adam's Family. Ron Jeremy is also in it.

Another spoof that I'd like to see is Zane's World. I think that was the title. Again, I think it starred Ona Zee and was a spoof of Wayne's World. All I remember is the "extreme close up" gag where they focused in on some chick's big tits. I've tried to find that film again but to no avail.

The Flintbones is another classic spoof. I remember Pebbles being crazy hot with huge tits but watching it again...not particularly endowed. But way bigger than the women playing Betty and Wilma. Ron Jeremy is also in this one.

I think my memory of the breast size of these women isn't faulty so much as standards have changed. What was huge in 1990 is moderate today. Obviously, breast augmentation surgery is the culprit here.

It's not just spoofs but those are just the only ones I remember the titles for (except for Blame it on the Heat). I'd like to see some of those bumpers that the Spice Channel would have. Like they'd show mud wrestling that may or may not have taken place in an actual strip club. Or they'd show strippers that again may or may not be authentic. Or they'd show so-called porn auditions where different women would act out the same sexually suggestive scene. Or they did a bunch of like Miss Legs USA, Miss Ass USA, Miss Boobs USA, etc. These were contests where the women would undress and theoretically be assessed on the appropriate body part but it was all who had the biggest tits.

Speaking of which, they also had wet t-shirt contests. I think these were staged as opposed to like amateur college women but still be interesting to see again.

Then what the Spice Channel decided to do is replace those bumpers with the Adam & Eve sales channel. So they'd try to see vibrators or lingerie or whatever. I remember "the tongue" being very commonly advertised. It was a vibrator shaped like a tongue. I didn't like these nearly as much because it was just these douchebags trying to sell you something. Yes, the women got naked but it's an attempt to get you to buy stuff as opposed to honest titilation.
