It's a bit of a joke, isn't it? You can pay two months late and all they do is charge an extra £10.
What's the law in the US about this? 5% of the outstanding tax owed for every month it's late. If you're 60 days late, the minimum penalty is $135.
Yeah. That's about what I expected here. But no. No penalty.
I'm going to get an accountant for this year. I never know what I'm doing with these taxes. And it takes me a good...I don't know...four hours to do this shit. So even if they charge £200 or £300, it's worth it. And maybe there's some deductions that I'm not aware of. Might pay for themselves.
