Now we look at the box of this Jordans Country Crisp. 6.4 grams per 100 grams. There are 500 grams in the box. So there's 32 grams of fibre for the entire box.
Naturally, I'm not eating the whole box in a day. I get probably three or four bowls out of a box. I eat one bowl a day at the most.
So is it really "naturally high fibre" as it says on the box?
There's 1.5g of fibre in a slice of white bread. So that's 3 a day.
Anyway, I have stuff to do. I'm playing Pokemon Yellow. But it doesn't seem like I'm even getting the recommended amount of fibre, nevermind overdosing on fibre.
