I'm not trying to suggest that this will put you out of business and I'm sure that you will still keep busy with your customers who like the way you treat them, but don't underestimate how well convenience sells. How many of us have ordered things online instead of going to a shop? Who goes to the supermarket each week rather than buying at the bakers, butchers, greengrocers, corner shop etc. Joe public nowadays doesn't expect their car to require much attention and on newish vehicles they may well get away with 30 minute servicing for a number of years without needing anything else apart from tyres and possibly brakes that they can get from the fast-fits. This probably won't put us out of business but if done well it could be sucessful and have plenty of happy customers. Just my opinion! Steve
