I am waiting on final bill i was told i have to pay 5 hours of court time + 2 extra hours so it looks like more than a grand(ouch),And it only cost him £87 .Theres far to much to tell you(5 hours of info)but the judge read the handbook which tells you that the owners resposible for timing belt and he was also asked if he knew the cause of the belt breaking and the owner said he didnt.It would have been cheaper to settle out of court but i dont see why i should pay him for his mistake.
