Roy. Unlucky mate. Unfortunately we now live in a world where if you dont cover your ass, someone wants to shove something up it. We had completely the opposite. We advised that a belt required changing, the customer chose to ignore our recommendation until the belt failed. They then had it repaired by another garage and tried to claim the money back from us. Luckily for us we keep records of recommendations, advisories, call them what you want.Through the RMI and then the NCS, we were proven to have done everything correctly. So if your not sure about anything previously done or that require attention, cover it and advise the customer. Best of luck. Andy
