In my experience if you obtain a CCJ in your favour you are unlikley to get the cash, customer may have ten more against them so one more makes no nevermind.

Next step up from CCJ is 1: apply for an attachment of earnings (did it once £800.00 bill being paid at £20.00 a month, four years to get the cash ) 2: Apply for baliffs to collect goods to the value (waste of time)3:Apply for a lean on their property if they own it(have you got long enough to live) all these options cost extra !
