Just a suggestion. A couple of years ago a lady avoided payment for ten months despite me having made many phone calls, sent letters then involved a solicitor finally taking it to the small claims court.She was fire proof nothing worked and her name was a feature in county court summons.
Finally I was given a solution by a local breakers yard run by a very menacing bunch of guys, but actually a nice lot who I had helped out frequently over the years.
I had explained how this lady was taking the piss and big Bob said to inform her you had sold the debt.
Several days later this lady rang to say she had the money for me.
Having collected plus a good tip I found out later from another customer who lived nearby, that a black BMW with darkened windows had called when no one was in, made their presence felt but were not malicious.
The odd thing about all this is that the lady did not appear to hold any malice and would use me again.
