When did this law get smuggled through parliament?We all know that the music industry is struggling but so is the motor trade,perhaps we could set up a license to charge for looking at nice cars,say £125 a year just to look.With a reduction for the second year,people with sunglasses get a discount and if you walk round with your eyes closed,no charge at all!!
