Having read the stuff on the prs website, the licence is required whether the radio (etc) is owned by the employer or the employee. Suppose you listen to someone else's radio!? I'm sure you could find a suitable name from somewhere without an extradition arrangement. And another thing.. do you have to have a licence if you're selling the equipment i.e for demonstration purposes? I could soon stick a for sale sign on it. £1000 anyone? Cheers for now, Richard
