It seems that Kwik Fit have not yet been sued. The PRS have only been given the go ahead to sue by a scottish judge (not sure of the relevance in english law). As I have already said and assumed, the PRS have not yet established the right to charge us for playing a radio. This is an interesting thread and the last post is the most interesting.
