Hi,

We have been repeatedly warned about the possibility of a 'Super Complaint'.
I've never found anyone to explain what exactly it is. Presumably,it requires a complainer and a complainee. Who are these two parties?
I don't see this government becoming involved.
Comprehension of the finance and commercial world seems to completely elude them.
