The complaints to Consumer Direct has slowed

Mr Mason says this is the result of 6,200 dealers signing up to the Motor Codes (along with a 750 Independents)

Alternatively the slow down in complaints could be due to consumers switching from dealers to the 22,250 Independent Garages that have not signed up to the code?
