The only plus as far as I can see is that if the threat of a "super complaint" goes away then it is a good thing for those of us who should never have been tarred with the same brush in the first place.

The article mentions the "free" conciliation and arbitration service - no mention of the exhorbitant cost to the member.
Still (very) not convinced. It's still all "smoke & mirrors".
As an independent independent I will make it quite clear to my customers that if they have a complaint then they must come to me first - they then should not need to go anywhere else!
