Agree with all the above,like you I started out low.I am based in a relativly low income area near a smallish town.Every time I have put rates up no one has complained.Undoubtedly I have lost a small number of customers.These were always the least profitable & most stressfull people.Usually end up making a bit more and having less stress.Most parts have a retail price,stick to it.You will be expected to deal with faulty parts,make phone calls to obtain them and some times have to collect and store them.This all bears a cost.If you feel bad about it have a wander around a local Halfords,quite an eye opener!
