Whole system in our area shut down last Tuesday for about 5 hours,only got answer phone message from Siemens all other lines engaged,in desperation phoned Vosa,they did not know of any probs until i told them. They told me i would have to stop testing,and could not tell me what the problem was and how long before being sorted.We exchanged a few short sharp words when they suggested i turn my customers away!!!!! No other probs since,may just be local? Noticed that dial up taking much longer. Those of you just computerised,stick with it,it does get better. Regards Tony
