Morning all,

I have just received a very helpful response from a UKAT member who tells me the engine code is K4M761 which means it is the model with potential dephaser pulley problems. I have since been advised by the customer that although the battery is now fully charged, the vehicle is still a non-start. On pressing the start button, the wipers operated in the "off" position, solenoids could be heard clicking but no cranking.

Will be revisiting over the weekend and check the earths etc as suggested by Liam.
