Did this ever get solved? If so how? I have customer with what seems to be the same problem where after starting car revs hunt between 2500 to 3000 rpm and an orange warning light is on (Not MIL) when this happens. Code scan revealed Intake Air Temp Fault and Automatic control for Throttle pot error. Also saw error for flywheel signal fault due to missing tooth.Cleared all faults OK and cleaned throttle pot (Renault recommendation). However fault is still there and is intermittent . Can drive OK on some journeys and on others problem is there straight away and revs persist throughout drive . Also in this mode the foot pedal has no response. If car is stopped and re-started and all is normal then warning light goes out. Have read on other forums that this may be an ECU problem and changing the pedal module and throttle body has no cure to this. I still need to check wiring loom to ECU , but have validated using scope that throttle pot tracks are all good with clean signals across the rev range and no dropouts from either of the two tracks. Will also need to check pedal module for signal integrity. Any more ideas/ checks welcome , as this customer is driving an uncontrollable car and I fear he may have an accident. Thanks George G.
