Hi John, have a look at www.atpelectronics.co.uk, click on "Hints and Tips", and you will see that this ecu has a history of this fault. If you are happy with all the tests that you have performed, it may be prudent to send it away for test and modification. Another option is to have the injector ultrasonically cleaned, as this may be contributing to your fault. Regards, Steve.
