Thanks Guys I have now tried the vehicle down the road at various speeds and the O2 sensor will only start switching sensibly 100-800mv at 5000 rpm (correct cruise gases CO Below .3%) other wise it sits at 900mv at all other speeds except overrun and idle when the O2 sensor will drop right down to 50-90mv virtually nothing but gives perfect gas readings idling. Yes I have tried a new ECU surely there must be a way of achieving MOT figures I have checked the Fourth edition emission manual and cant get anywhere near the official CO figures at 2500-3000 rpm not even over 5000 rpm stationary!!!!!!!!!
