Hi paul,
I would change the Ignition coil/Module pack with a genuine unit if I was you.We have done many of these that have gone 'NON-START' and all have turned out to be this problem. Most of the ones that we have done have seemed to been caused by people that have been sat in their stationary vehicle listening to the radio??? When we ask if they have left the ignition on during this period, they always look a bit sheepish and reply 'oh yes I did have the ignition on actually' Might be worth asking your customer if he did the same.
