1. Leave without a deal 2. Revoke Article 50 and stay in the EU 3. Sign up to the Withdrawal Agreement with either May's version of a political declaration or Parliament's version of a political declaration expressing their preferred "way forward" Paragraph 4. of this week's EU Summit Agreement : "4. The European Council reiterates that there can be no opening of the Withdrawal Agreement that was agreed between the Union and the United Kingdom in November 2018. Any unilateral commitment, statement or other act should be compatible with the letter and the spirit of the Withdrawal Agreement. " To my mind there is only one way at this stage - leave without a deal and make absolutely sure we avoid falling into a TTIP type agreement with other nations. I say this because we can't just ignore 52% of referendum voters and revoke article 50 that's just a recipe for social breakdown; and the Withdrawal Agreement has so many downsides: http://lawyersforbritain.org/master-chart-of-theresa-mays-deal cheers PS interesting that only Anna Soubrey MP is the only politician who has pointed out the paragraph 4 trap for the House of Commons on Channel 4 news last night.
