Brooks, a dozen plus people, in scores of posts - not one of which could express agreement with ANY of the reasons for the ban. Just a lot of "I respect Dan", dismissals or tangential sleights on the questioner.
None could even say when asked, which reason they found convincing, even when I listed them. Why is this?
As you can see further down, Tomski did express the view 3 months ago that the ban should only be a month; but now he chooses, instead, to attack the person (me) who is questioning the permanence of the ban. Does that show independence of mind?
Asking people why they support the mysterious disappearance of one of their midst is, according to him, a relentless onslaught.
Now the person defending me, for politely expressing his opinion AND concerns, is facing unfounded accusations of smearing; and others are joining in.
The impression of pack behaviour is pretty self-evident from the outside. From within the .... usual group, there's only been a focus on whoever the target was - whether it be wv, myself or Twirlip.
That has been the problem all along.
