Their goading was reprehensible whether the receiver laughs or cries or slips or jumps. Both wv and Twirlip were under wholly unfair attack when they snapped at Dan, who was already involved.
Goading, tightrope, slip, fall, repeat - why should this be the setting in what is said to be a place to keep one's sanity?
I've been 'insulted' far, far worse than Dan perceives himself to be - hundreds of times. Yet many of you discuss it as if a 'mistake' is the same as a QED, and forgetting your own range of aggressive tactics.
So it IS a cult, except it doesn't have a leader. The phoney pretence that the issue was 'respecting Dan shows that.
How embarrassing to have ONLY that response to my legit questions - and for the person asking the questions to be portrayed as the problem.
