I'm not going either, D, because splitting this band of squabblers into two that are both too small Archived Message

to avoid eventually expiry is pretty useless. I prefer to stay with this smallish - but viable group - most of whom I find perfectly agreeable (and those I don't I dade, which is all the censorship that I need) - and advocate for a more democratic and rules-based (sorry! ) way of dealing with spats. I imagine that dan, as an NHS doctor, is under enough bloody outrageous pressure as it is, without having to use up precious family time on putting out fires here. The Dafyddau at ML couldn't spare the time and energy from their main work, after all. Why should dan have to? Some other dissident-news sites that I visit use teams of volunteer mods. to check posts before they become visible, according to previously-agreed rules, and with right of appeal included. This seems to work - although of course it means a delay before posts appear. But it works, and pretty uncontentiously too, it seems. I consider that Walter has shown admirable tenacity in coming back repeatedly to a genuinely-important issue - which remains still unresolved. Power to his bulldoggery! And courteous respect to all here, in any case.
