I agree. The same argument that the 80% reasonably won't change because the 20% won't can be made about the 99% not changing because the 1% won't. Until there is a planned change, 10 million Londoners can't buy exclusively local food. Accusations of hypocrisy regarding extinction rebellion are the same as those regarding Occupy London when protestors bought coffee in Starbucks and used the toilet. It ain't hypocrisy it's systemic failure. I'm not arguing that people shouldn't change but that individual change isn't going to cut it.
