There will be no chance of an Act of Parliament passing all stages in the time available due to the fillibusting delaying tactics that could occur in the HLso the only chance is a VONC with a vote of confidence in JC and the tories and yellow tories will not let that happen ... there is also something strange abot the days available to do this there may not be 14 days left as required by the Act.
