The Tories had a well oiled lie machine with the corporate media as transmission and its very own BBC: near entirely staffed with willing Tories as turbo-drive. Corbyn never even managed to set up an "instant rebuttal" unit as a minimal defence against this media monster: trusting in a somewhat naive homely vision of honest politics to carry him through what was an endless repetition of lies. Brexit did for him but mainly not in the way people think. After all, who do you trust to carry out such a narrow minded xenophobic policy? The mild mannered janitor who believes in fairness for all or the epitome of the racist boorish Englo-elite who casually rants about bumboys & picaninis? -They knew their guy and voted for him. In Scotland my team "won" but I'm not celebrating. After all, having finished off the enemy within in the image of Corbyn, the Tory eye of Sauron turns north to what he published were that " verminous race" who should be exterminated... |
