"What will Scotland do? Independence with or without British parliamentary permission for a ref.?"
Well, having collected a larger percentage of Scottish votes than Boris has British ones, if he has a mandate for Brexit its undeniable that the SNP have a mandate for another referendum.
Course such are mere details that can be ignored as far as Boris is concerned. The SNP will need to go to the courts. Boris & mates: already threatening the Supreme court before this vote, are in a strong position to get what they like out the law.
Then of course he will get rid of the Barnett formula and dismantle or override the Scottish parliament bit by bit as and when it suits him. All the while his media pack (i.e. the whole of the corporate press & the BBC) will be running a monster black propaganda operation against Scots, Scotland and the Scottish political leadership and the English Daily Mail readers given a new group of outsiders as an enemy will cheer on.
Doesn't look good and the SNP whilst not quite in the same league of naivety as Corbyn still share the same kind of notions and expectations of "fairness": I think they might have a fairly sharp correction on that front.
