Labour: 10,265,912
-There's your majority. Non-voting counts for nothing because there's nothing to actually count, but is reckoned to favour the Tories because it effects more people who would tend to vote Labour. That's why the Tories are always looking for angles to suppress voters rights; like compulsory photo ID.
