Firstly if you really wanted a vote in the Scottish Referendum all you had to do was move here. If you want a vote on the nature of the UK from where you are, then all you have to do is found a party around the issue then spend near a hundred years campaigning for England to vote for it: because that's what happened here. And only a fool btw would call the Scottish Referendum "sectarian". Asides from the fact that everyone who lived in Scotland above the age of 16 got to vote, the only genuinely sectarian group: the Orange order and its football casual fan-base were vehemently opposed both to it and to Independence.
