Aren't there two separate things? 1. Support the lockdown to stop the virus, as i'd rather have a mum than competitive GDP, and his looks like the only way (due to our lack of early response); 2. How the lockdown is done/used by the same rulers who did the austerity con trick on us - we could have a UBI etc, all small businesses protected, big business support only to non-tax evaders, proper welfare etc; with all the support that easily could be given, the damage to the economy shouldn't matter (as we'd all be fed etc). I'm with you all the way criticising the lockdown on criteria 2, but only once it's been separated from 1.
