Last's night 'clapping' in this Tory stronghold was a shadow of its former performances although I could hear someone hitting a saucepan. Hope they feel stupid in hindsight.
Won't it be wonderful when all this is over and finished with but it will have left a huge legacy of personal loss and collapsing economies although it will not take long for many people to forget and resume excessive consumerism, take foreign holidays and travel by air, and so on.
There will be food shortages without doubt. Much of the supply is usually imported by air and sea and there will not be a labour force from the EU to collect the UK crops. Perhaps there will be conscription! Pray for good weather and crops.
Most of the pharmaceuticals we use come from abroad too. Seaborne Ferries and Gavin Williamson live!
