i think thatbit's an emerging understanding but i'd agree with you about nefariousness. South Korea showed how this could be managed 2 months ago with no lockdown. Identify cases amd their contacts and test people in their own homes - 3 times over three days to avoid false negatives. Vienna had planned to convert a 4000 room hotel - no hospital care just the room with oxygen - people canlook after themselves as long as they have normal sats. I'm not u#sure they ever needed it because they locked down so early - they are adjacent to italy. |
