Finally some eminent sense from my home city of Norwich. This proposal can most certainly be replicated nationwide. The imperative of mass testing - trace - quarantine that we should have implemented months ago, is entirely feasible with the requisite political foresight, willpower and competence that we have been so sorely lacking. As illustrated in an earlier post, linked below, there is absolutely no practical obstacle to such a system being organized and established.
