You call me a liar? I find that it lacks merit or factual basis. I am familiar with groups in India that handle all the paperwork for Indian students to study abroad. They guide students to determining where they want to study abroad, do all the educational and visa paperwork, set them up for a consulate or embassy meeting depending where they are in India, and onboard them. Most of these students' first choice are US schools. Now, through my multiple contacts, many are backing out because of our current administration's policies towards international students. These students would rather lose their downpayments and all monies already paid than come here to risk their freedom. These people go into big debt to come here $ 60k-$100k minimum, that their family can sign up for their opportunity to come here and study. Also, these students and their families are aware of students already here who have been harassed, taken away by ICE or other Gestapo groups, as this news is quite common in Indian media. These people have told me that less than 45% of their hundreds of potential students are coming to US schools as fear of fascism and violence, and out-of-control administration is blatantly obvious, and other study abroad companies have the same statistics. Also, these groups have connections in China who have said the same. So instead of calling me a liar, why don't you listen and learn about what is going on from the student and their family perspective?
